  • Started with no set brief and chose a business problem that was genuinely worth the effort of solving.
  • Framed it clearly, so the panel could see who has the problem and why it matters.
• Built in a Single Day
  • Designed, built and submitted the solution inside the one-day in-person build at the Nedbank Convention Centre.
  • Held the quality bar under a tight clock and got the work in on time.
• A Credible Business Case
  • Set out tangible return across effort replacement, effort avoidance, risk reduction and value add.
  • Grounded the benefit in a real problem, with a named beneficiary.
• Built Together
  • Shared the work and the thinking across the team, with everyone contributing inside a very short build window.
