On 23 April 2026, 187 engineers, product managers and technical leaders spent a full day building at the Century City Conference Centre in Cape Town, as part of Impact.com's Developer Summit. This badge recognises one of them. Participants worked in cross-functional teams of four or five, using Impact.com's own AI engineering tools: MCPs, AI-augmented SDLCs, and custom workflows, applied inside the codebase they already knew. Some teams went after platform modernisation. Others chased developer productivity, or simply tested what the tooling could do. Every team shipped by the end of the day: committed code, a technical readme, a one-page launch plan, and a recorded demo. To innovate is human. This badge marks the curiosity and craft that went into it.
